Games / Fun for Kids @ Kiddy Planet Nursery

Veggie stamps @ KPN

• Vegetables (potato, carrot, broccoli, or radish) or Fruits (apple or pear)
• Water color tubes
• Paint brush
• Water
• Paper plate
• Knife
• Paper for painting
• Squeeze water color tube into the paper plate and add a few drops of water to dilute it. Mix well with a paint brush.
• Wash vegetable and pat dry. Divide into 2 to have flat surface.
• Using a knife, carve patterns in the flat side of the vegetable.
• Dip the veggie stamp into the water color mixture and press onto the paper.
• Allow your kids to create various images and objects. Broccoli florets can make nice little trees!
• You can introduce a topic each day you do this activity and develop knowledge in that particular topic.
